Cubans and Racing

My family's favorite place to go when we visit St. Pete, Fla is The Floridian, known for the best Cubans around.  And I wouldn't argue with that statement.  So for the opening IZOD Indy Car Series Race at St. Pete we decided to try our hand at Cubans.  Elise prepped the Cuban Bread and had that all ready while Maggie made sure of the correct order of ingredients on the sandwich, and making sure to use a heavy brick to basically smash the sandwich together over a hot stove and make the sandwich nice and toasty.  So with the sounds of cars zooming by on the TV, we consumed some pretty good Cubans, along with a side of Black Beans and Onions, and your Beer of choice.  For dessert was a delicious, belly ache of Cinnamon Sugar Pull Apart Bread, which we could not stop eating.
